I check e-mails every day when I am at home and always answer, even if it's just to acknowledge receipt of your communication. So if there's no reply, I'm out and about somewhere and will reply as soon as possible.
I operate a 'first come first served' policy on dates for bookings. As I still teach in the latter part of the week I am only available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
My fee depends on how far I have to travel and, if for inset, how much preparation I need to do. As I live in Amersham, Bucks, I'll have to add overnight B&B (the cheapest I can find) if that is necessary.
